Tell Us What the Tool Needs to Solve
Include the tool family, material, fastener condition, quantity, and buying channel. For a damaged fastener, note whether the head is rounded, rusted, painted, recessed, or broken. For bits and blades, include the material and diameter range. For hand tool sets, explain whether the order supports a bench, truck, trade counter, or tool crib.
If you are unsure which family is right, describe the job instead of guessing at a model. "Removing painted carriage bolts from outdoor equipment" is more useful than a bare product name, and "stocking a maintenance cart for weekly pump room repairs" gives the support team enough context to separate high-wear consumables from durable bench tools.
